You can use the Income Statement report to quickly generate an on-screen Income Statement for your agency for selected time periods. You can also download the Income Statement as a CSV.

This article explains how to use the income statement report to review the total income, expenses, and COGS numbers for your agency.
You can find this report by going to the “Accounting” tab in the side navbar, then going to “Reports”, and then selecting “Income Statement” from the General tab
You can use this report to answer the following questions:
- What is my agency profitability within selected time periods?
- What is the gross profits of my agency within selected time periods?
- What is the breakdown of SGA expenses for my agency within selected time periods?
To generate the Income Statement, you must first select the Division and the time period. The time period can be selected in two ways:
- By quarter using the dropdown menu selection
- By day
- You may also filter by division if your installation contains more than one.
You can use the on-screen Income Statement report to review the total income, total COGS, total expenses, total other income, and total other expenses.
This will provide a detailed Income Statement for the time period for the selected Division or whole agency (depending on your installation), including all the Income accounts and Expense accounts.
