This article explains how to use the Carrier Payables report to look at a list of the bills where the invoice amount has been received.
You can find this report by going to the “Accounting” tab in the side navbar, then going to “Reports”, and then selecting “Carrier Payables” from the Payables tab.
You can use this report to answer the following questions:
- How can I generate a list of all the bills where the invoice amount has been received?
- How can I understand which invoice amounts have been received?
To generate the Carrier Payables Report you must select the division (if relevant) and the payable status - this can be either ‘Both’, ‘Money Not Received’ or ‘Payment OK.’
These status markers denote if payment has been received by your customer, enabling your team to pay your carrier partners.
To generate the report, click on the ‘Run Report’ button.
You can access both the Invoice and the Bill to which the Payable relates by clicking on the grey button the right-hand side of the UI.
You can download a CSV by clicking on the Download CSV button.
