You can use this report to answer the following questions:
- Where can I see a listing of all debits and credits in the General Ledger?
You can use the Trial Balance report to look at debits and credits for each division of your agency (if you have multiple divisions).
To generate the report, you must select the division and decide whether you want it by period or by day. You can choose whether or not to calculate retained earnings.

When you have run the report, the Trial Balance for the selected Division and time period will display on screen.
You can quickly see which accounts are Debit accounts and which are Credit accounts.
- By clicking on the button on the far right hand side, you can choose between two options:
- View Account
- Download CSV
- View Account takes you to the selected ‘[Account Page]’ - in this case the account is ‘Undeposited Funds.’
