This article explains how to Review, Issue, Edit & Delete Cancellation Endorsements in the Endorsement tab of a Policy
- After creating a Cancellation Endorsement, its status displays in the Endorsement tab of a Policy as Pending Cancellation.
- You can review or revise the invoice line items, or issue the cancellation. Policies can be reinstated after they are cancelled.
Reviewing a Cancellation Endorsement
- Under the Pending Cancellation status, click Show/Hide Invoice Items.
The invoice line items expand and display the premium, taxes, and fees.
Issuing a Cancellation Endorsement
- On the right, click Issue.
- An Issue this Endorsement? (cannot be undone) confirmation pop-up displays. Click OK.
- The Endorsement’s status is updated to Issued Cancellation, the Policy’s status is updated to Cancelled, and copies of the cancellation and invoice are auto-generated in the Documents tab.
Editing a Cancellation Endorsement
- On the right, click Edit to make changes to the Endorsement.
Deleting a Cancellation Endorsement
- On the right, click Delete.
- A Delete this Endorsement? (cannot be undone) confirmation pop-up displays. Click OK.
The endorsement is deleted.
