Recent Release Notes - March 7, 2022

Here are the latest BindHQ updates from our team.

1. Search Feature Update - the search feature bug has now been fixed and users across different environments are able to search for policy data in BindHQ.
2. Pre-Bind Validation  - our team created a pre-bind validation when a quote is edited to ensure that the quote contains the minimum number of line items. 
3. Line Items as Collected - our team included a start date filter to enhance user flexibility and allow users to see all invoice line items collected within a specific time frame.
4. Updated Documents Tab - our team updated the user interface for the documents tab in the platform. 
5. ‘Producer’ Column Added to General Ledger Account View - our team added the ‘producer’ field  to the General Ledger account view, which allows accounting users to understand which General Ledger postings are connected to which producers. 
6. Cover Letter Template with Summary of Binding and Brokerage Markets - we have created a customizable quote cover letter PDF template. This feature is available for select BindHQ implementations.
7. Brokerage Manager Updates - the Brokerage Manager bug has been fixed and users can now select documents to attach to emails for brokerage submissions. Additionally, the email template for the Brokerage Manager has also been fixed.
