This article provides guidance on accessing and using the Premium Bordereau Report, which presents premium data organized by business line.

To access the report:

  1. Navigate to Reports on the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Choose Bordereau Reports.
  3. Click on Bordereau Premium.

Once you're on the Bordereau Premium Report page, you won't see any transactions immediately. To display the filtered transactions, click the "Run Report" button, and they'll show up in the table.

The report uses the following default filter settings:

  • Date Type: Accounting Posting Date
  • From Date: First day of the current month
  • To Date: Last day of the current month
  • Marketing Company: None selected by default
  • Carrier: None selected selected by default

We do recommend filtering by Marketing Company to make the results manageable.

Filtering the report by:

  • Effective Date filters the transactions by Transaction Effective Date, with From Date and To Date being inclusive
  • Transaction Date filters transactions by Transaction Date, with From Date and To Date being inclusive
  • Accounting Posting Date filters transactions by later of the Transaction Effective Date and Endorsement Transaction Date, with From Date and To Date being inclusive
