This article explains how you can use the Trial Balance report to generate a report of all debits and credits in the General Ledger.
To access this report, go to the "Accounting" tab in the sidebar, then navigate to "Reports," and select "Trial Balance" from the General tab.
You can use this report to answer the following questions:
The Trial Balance report allows you to view debits and credits for each division of your agency if you have multiple divisions.
To generate the report, select the division and specify whether you want it by period or by day. You can also choose to break it down by cost center and calculate retained earnings.
You can quickly see which accounts are Debit accounts and which are Credit accounts.
Only the accounts with activity during the reported time will be shown.
