Searching for Programs & Quote Templates in BindHQ

This article explains how to search for a Program or Quote Template within BindHQ.
Both features enable users to standardize commonly used language and fees on quote documents. However, while Quote Templates are typically used for Retail, Wholesale, and Brokered business, Programs provide additional capabilities such as rating and policy issuance.
Note: Only users with appropriate security can search for Program details within BindHQ
Finding a Program
Finding an existing program allows checking the current conditions
- Navigate to Settings and select the Quotes & Programs tab.
- Click on Browse and View for the type of Template you are need to edit or modify.
- A listing of available Programs or Quote Templates will be presented
- It is also possible to filter the available Quote Templates or Programs using the 'Add Filters' button on the top right.
