Updating the Retail Agent on a policy

If the retail agent assigned to a policy has changed for any reason, you can update this information on the policy under the Administration tab.

In the Details section you'll find a drop down menu for Agent, which will show all active agent contacts under the Agency the policy is assigned to.

Select the correct Contact Agent, then click "SAVE POLICY".
