Adding and Editing Retail Agents in BindHQ

This article explains how Administrators, Compliance users, and Managers can add new retail agents to BindHQ.
Adding a New Retail Agent
To add a new retail agent, first navigate to the retail agency the agent is associated with, then go to the Contacts tab.
Click Add Contact, enter the relevant details, and finish by clicking Update Agent to save the information.
Editing a Retail Agent
There are two ways to edit a retail agent’s information in BindHQ:
Editing a Retail Agent under Partners
Navigate to Partners > Insureds & Agents > Browse, View & Edit Retail Agents
Select the retail agent you want to edit
Update the necessary information
Click Update Agent to save the changes
Editing a Retail Agent under a Retail Agency
Go to the Retail Agency and navigate to the Contacts tab
Select the agent you want to edit and click on their name
Update the necessary information and save to apply the changes
