Adding and Editing Retail Agents in BindHQ

This article explains how AdministratorsCompliance users, and Managers can add new retail agents to BindHQ.

Adding a New Retail Agent

  • To add a new retail agent, first navigate to the retail agency the agent is associated with, then go to the Contacts tab.

  • Click Add Contact, enter the relevant details, and finish by clicking Update Agent to save the information.

Editing a Retail Agent

There are two ways to edit a retail agent’s information in BindHQ:

Editing a Retail Agent under Partners

  • Navigate to Partners > Insureds & Agents > Browse, View & Edit Retail Agents

  • Select the retail agent you want to edit

  • Update the necessary information

  • Click Update Agent to save the changes

Editing a Retail Agent under a Retail Agency

  • Go to the Retail Agency and navigate to the Contacts tab

  • Select the agent you want to edit and click on their name

  • Update the necessary information and save to apply the changes
