Using the Browse & View Payments page

You can use the Browse & View Payments page to view a list of payments for your agency.

Applies to: Accountants, Accounting Assistants 


This article explains how you can look at a list of payments for your agency. You can filter by reference number, transaction date, customer, check #, reference, memo, total amount, and status. 



 You can find this page by going to the “Accounting” tab in the side navbar, then going to “General”, and then selecting “Browse & View Payments” from the Accounts Payable tab



You can use this page to answer the following questions:

  • How can I view a list of outstanding payments for my agency? 

The On-Screen Payments Listing page displays the following columns:  Reference, Transaction Date, Customer, Check #, Reference, Memo, Total, Status, Voided 

  • The Reference column hyperlinks to the Payment Detail page which provides detailed information
  • The Customer column hyperlinks to the Tax Authority or Marketing Company or Retail Agency page in the CRM
