Closing & Reopening Applications

Close applications that are created in error or are no longer active. Closed applications can be reopened as needed

This article explains how to close Applications in BindHQ.

Closing an Application

There are two ways to close an Application. Use the Details tab or the Administration tab to close an application:

From the Details tab

1. Navigate to an Application and select the Details tab.
2. On the right, click the More Options drop-down and select Close Application.
   The Close Application pop-up opens.
3. Fill in the Close Application details.

From the Administration tab

1. Navigate to an Application and select the Administration tab.
2. Fill in the Close Applications details.

Filling in Close Application details

1. (Optional) In the Close Application section, use the Reason drop-down to select a reason for closing the application.
2. In the Comment field, enter any additional details about the Application. This field is required.
3. Click Close Application.
   
   
4. The Application’s status is changed to Closed. You can still view the Application and its details at any time.
   
   

Reopening an Application

Use the Administration tab to reopen a closed Application.

1. Navigate to an Application and select the Administration tab.
2. In the Re-open Application section, fill in the Comment field.
3. Click Re-open Application.
   
   
4. The Application’s status is changed to Open.
