Using the Audit Policies Report

You can use the Audit Policies Report page to see which policies have outstanding documents or information.

This article explains how you can access and use the Audit Policies Report to create and save specific reports which display all of the policies your agency has bound which have outstanding documents or missing information. You can also filter by ‘Producer’, ‘Agency’, ‘Carrier’, ‘Business Type’, ‘Bound after’ date, ‘Bound before’ date, and ‘Missing Items.’ 

You can use the Audit Policies Report to answer the following questions:

  • Which policies in the platform have outstanding items or documents? 
  • Which items are missing for policies with outstanding information? 
  • How can policies with missing information be filtered by carrier, business type, and date bound within BindHQ? 

The Audit Policies Report page works by asking users to create a specific report which can be generated using the following filters: 

  • Producer
  • Agency
  • Carrier [Marketing Company] 
  • Business Type
  • Bound after and bound before dates
  • Missing items
