Using the ‘Loss Reports’ Report

You can use the LOB Production Report to quickly identify loss reports from a specific carrier.

Applies to:

  • Administrators
  • Producers
  • Producer Assistants

This article explains how you can use the ‘Loss Reports’ report to identify loss reports from different carriers and to determine loss reports by specific retail agencies. 

You can find this report by going to the “Reports” tab in the side navbar, then going to “Production”, and then selecting “LOB Production Report.”

You can use this report to answer the following questions:

  • How can a user determine a loss report for a specific carrier?
  • How can a user identify a loss report based on a specific producer’s book of business? 
  • How can a user determine loss reports by specific retail agencies within a particular year? 

This report shows loss reports which can be filtered by carriers, producers, and agencies within a specific year.  

 

The report includes the following columns: 

For filtering by Carriers:

  • Carrier - [Carrier or Marketing Company] 
  • Start Date - [Reporting Period Start Date] 
  • End Date - [Reporting Period End Date] 
  • Earned Premium - [Net Earned Premium] 
  • Loss Amount 
  • Loss Ratio 

For filtering by Producers:

  • Producer - [Producer] 
  • Earned Premium - [Net Earned Premium] 
  • Loss Amount
  • Loss Ratio

For filtering by Agencies:

  • Agency - [Retail Agency] 
  • Earned Premium - [Net Earned Premium] 
  • Loss Amount
  • Loss Ratio
